No Holding Back is an original abstract painting by London-based artist Paresh Nrshinga FRSA. Waves of crimson and magenta rise from the centre of the canvas, laced with deep plum and black and lit by quick flashes of white. It feels like a heart that has stopped holding its breath, passionate, warm and completely unafraid.

Step closer and the colour opens into soft rose, coral and the faintest glints of gold, while fine flicks of white dance across the darker passages. At 122 cm tall, it brings real warmth to a living room, hallway or dining space, and the glowing red surround lets the painting fill a wall with light and energy.

Signed by Paresh Nrshinga FRSA, it is a painting for anyone ready to follow their heart, all the way.
