Serviced offices and executive workspace
Receptions, meeting rooms, executive suites and lounges where members and visitors spend their day.
Rent original abstract paintings by Paresh Nrshinga FRSA for receptions, meeting rooms and shared spaces. A flexible way to give a building its own character, from a London studio with long experience of professional interiors.
Renting lets a business bring original paintings into its spaces without buying a permanent collection. The arrangement is shaped around the property, the number of works and how long they are needed.
Every painting is an original, signed by the artist.
Real paint, brushstrokes and texture that mass-produced wall decoration cannot match.
Terms agreed for your project, with the option to change works over time or keep a painting you have come to love.
Expressive colour that works with the architecture, furniture and identity of the space.
You work with the artist’s studio itself, not an agency, from first brief to installation.
Paintings chosen for the rooms that shape a first impression.
Receptions, meeting rooms, executive suites and lounges where members and visitors spend their day.
Entrances, lift lobbies and shared areas across a single building or a wider property portfolio.
Reception walls, boardrooms and client areas that reflect how a business presents itself.
Hotels, private clubs and restaurants where guests notice the detail of a room.
Whether you manage one premium building or several locations, we welcome a conversation about original art rental. Each enquiry is considered individually, taking account of the number of sites, the spaces involved and your timescale.
A consistent artistic thread can run through a portfolio, while each building keeps its own character.

We shortlist original paintings for the space, then show them in a digital preview or bring them to your premises.
You receive a proposal covering the selected works, the monthly rental and the practical arrangements.
Once the terms are signed, the paintings are delivered and hung, by us or by your own team.
Rental periods, payment, delivery and installation are set out clearly in each proposal. Options to change paintings over time, or to buy a work you have come to love, are part of the conversation.
Selection starts with the space itself. We look at how a room is used, the light, the furniture and the colours already present, then suggest paintings that sit naturally within it.
Many suitable works are held at the London studio and are not shown on the website, so the choice is wider than the online collection.
