The Rhythm Within is an original abstract painting by London-based artist Paresh Nrshinga FRSA. Broad, looping strokes of olive green, golden yellow and deep charcoal roll across a cool grey ground, like a melody you feel before you can name it. Each turn seems to carry the next, giving the whole canvas a steady inner pulse.

Come closer and the layers open up. Threads of rust, soft pink, turquoise and violet weave through the greens, catching the light as they curve. At 140 cm wide, the painting brings real presence to a living room, hallway or office, while the calm grey space around the movement keeps it fresh and contemporary.

Signed by Paresh Nrshinga FRSA, it is a painting for anyone who trusts their instincts, and a quiet reminder to keep moving to your own beat.
