The Green Leaves Of Summer | Original Painting

Bright turquoise and leaf green whip across this square, caught by bursts of sunny yellow and slashes of black. Small flicks of orange and white scatter through the movement, like light dancing through a canopy on a breezy afternoon.

Paresh painted this work at speed, letting the brush swing freely and following the energy wherever it went. The black lines arrived late, almost on impulse, and give the whole canvas its crackle.

It carries the happiness of a long summer day, the kind you wish would never end. On a grey morning it is a small dose of sunshine, and it lifts the mood of any room it hangs in.

At 40 × 40 in, this original acrylic painting on Belgian primed canvas by London-based artist Paresh Nrshinga FRSA brings freshness to a kitchen, living room or garden room. It is ready to hang, and it is signed with a certificate of authenticity.
