Savannah Sunrise

Deep crimson and berry red fill the upper canvas like a sky catching fire, while a band of gold glows low across the middle, like the sun rising over open plains. Indigo, plum and touches of teal settle below in cool shadow.

Paresh lets the paint run and drip here, building warmth over darkness until the light breaks through. He did not set out to paint a landscape; the feeling of dawn simply arrived as he worked.

There is optimism in it, the hush just before a day begins and everything feels possible. It brings warmth to a room and a sense of anticipation that never quite fades.

This original acrylic painting on Belgian primed canvas by London-based artist Paresh Nrshinga FRSA measures 40 × 40 in. It brings richness to a study, dining room or living room. The sides are painted, it is ready to hang, and it is signed with a certificate of authenticity.
