Paresh did not set out to paint the sea. He worked from feeling, sweeping the brush upward in long arcs and letting the colour rise and break on its own.
It is a painting full of fresh air and light. Like the moment a wave lifts you off your feet, it brings a little rush of joy, and it makes any room feel brighter.
