Welcome to Art Nrshinga.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, www.artnrshinga.com, and the purchase of artwork and related services from Art Nrshinga Ltd.
Art Nrshinga is a London-based contemporary art gallery presenting original paintings and selected artworks by British abstract artist Paresh Nrshinga FRSA.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please read these terms before making a purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Our Artwork
Art Nrshinga specialises in original contemporary abstract paintings, limited edition prints and bespoke artwork.
Original paintings are individually created by Paresh Nrshinga.
Each original artwork is unique and may feature variations in colour, composition, surface detail and finish that form part of the artist's creative process.
We make every effort to represent artwork accurately through photography, descriptions and product information.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions and the environment in which the painting is displayed.
Photographs showing paintings within interior settings are provided for inspiration. These images may not represent the artwork at its exact physical scale.
Customers should always refer to the dimensions provided on the individual artwork page when considering a purchase.
These natural visual differences do not affect your statutory rights or your right to cancel an eligible online purchase.
4. Artwork Availability
Many of the original paintings displayed on our website are one-of-a-kind artworks.
Availability is therefore subject to prior sale.
Although we endeavour to keep our website accurate and updated, an artwork may occasionally become unavailable before an online listing has been amended.
If you purchase an artwork that is no longer available, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate alternative or a full refund.
We reserve the right to withdraw an artwork from sale or amend its price before an order has been accepted.
5. Placing an Order
When purchasing artwork through our website, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
Once your order has been submitted, you will normally receive an automated email acknowledging receipt.
An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have formally accepted your order.
We may contact you to confirm artwork availability, delivery arrangements or other relevant information before accepting an order.
A contract is formed when we expressly accept your order or confirm its dispatch.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
We may decline an order before acceptance where there is a genuine issue relating to availability, payment, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.
6. Prices and Payments
Artwork prices are displayed on our website in pounds sterling (GBP), unless another currency is expressly indicated.
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be confirmed before an order is completed.
Original paintings generally include complimentary UK delivery.
Additional services, such as specialist framing, premium delivery or international shipping, may incur separate charges.
Any additional charges will be communicated before purchase.
Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.
We do not store complete customer payment-card details.
All orders must be paid for in accordance with the payment arrangements confirmed at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We take considerable care in preparing and packaging original artwork for delivery.
UK Delivery
Complimentary delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom on original paintings.
We aim to deliver available paintings within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Some artworks may require additional preparation, framing or specialist transport.
Where additional time is required, we will advise you of the expected delivery arrangements.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will comply with the delivery requirements applicable under UK consumer law.
International Delivery
We welcome enquiries and purchases from international collectors.
International delivery charges depend on the artwork's dimensions, weight, destination and any specialist packaging requirements.
Delivery costs will be confirmed before purchase.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy:
https://artnrshinga.com/policies/shipping-policy
8. Responsibility During Delivery
We take appropriate care to ensure that artwork is securely packaged and transported.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the artwork during delivery remains with Art Nrshinga until the painting comes into your physical possession or that of a person you have identified to receive it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by Art Nrshinga, responsibility may pass to you when the artwork is handed to that carrier, in accordance with applicable law.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask that you provide photographs of the artwork and its packaging so that we can understand the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Please retain the original packaging until we have discussed the next steps with you.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights concerning damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
9. Returns and Cancellations
We understand that choosing original artwork is a personal decision.
For eligible purchases made online, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
Please email:
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
Arranging a Return
Please contact Art Nrshinga before booking a courier or arranging a return collection so that we can provide the appropriate return address and advise on suitable packaging and transport arrangements.
This request does not restrict your statutory right to cancel.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return delivery.
We recommend using a reputable courier offering appropriate tracking and insurance.
Artwork should be carefully packaged to protect it during transportation.
Where possible, please retain the original packaging.
You may inspect the artwork as you would in a gallery. However, where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the artwork's nature, characteristics and condition, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value, as permitted by law.
Refunds
We aim to process eligible refunds within 3–5 working days after receiving returned artwork, where possible.
In all cases, refunds will be issued within the applicable statutory deadline.
Where the law permits us to do so, we may wait until we receive the artwork or evidence that it has been returned before processing the refund.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Any standard outbound delivery charge paid by the customer will be refunded where required by law. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy:
https://artnrshinga.com/policies/refund-policy
10. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Artwork
We carefully inspect original paintings before dispatch.
If an artwork arrives damaged, is faulty or does not conform to the contract, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs and relevant order information to help assess the issue.
Where an artwork is faulty, damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the remedies required under applicable consumer law.
This may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Where we are legally responsible for return delivery costs, these will not be charged to the customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
11. Bespoke Commissions
Art Nrshinga offers bespoke artwork commissions created to individual requirements.
Commissioned paintings may be developed in consultation with the client, taking into account preferred dimensions, colours, composition and the intended interior setting.
Before commencing a commission, we will normally confirm the relevant details, including:
- The agreed artistic brief and approximate dimensions.
- The proposed price and payment schedule.
- The anticipated completion timeframe.
- Delivery or installation requirements.
- Any applicable cancellation arrangements.
Because commissioned paintings are original works created through an individual artistic process, variations in artistic interpretation may occur.
We will endeavour to work within the agreed brief while preserving the artist's creative freedom.
Where an artwork is genuinely made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
Any agreed deposit, cancellation or refund arrangements will be communicated before the commission is confirmed and will remain subject to applicable law.
For commercial or substantial bespoke projects, a separate written agreement may apply.
Nothing in this section removes statutory rights relating to faulty goods or services that do not conform to the contract.
12. Limited Edition Prints
Where offered, limited edition prints are produced according to the specifications provided on their individual product pages.
Details may include edition size, print dimensions, materials, framing options and authentication.
Availability is subject to the remaining quantity within the relevant edition.
Delivery arrangements and charges may differ from those applicable to original paintings.
Any relevant information will be displayed or communicated before purchase.
Unless a statutory exception applies, eligible online purchases of prints are subject to the applicable consumer cancellation rights.
13. Certificates of Authenticity
Original paintings purchased directly from Art Nrshinga are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the artwork's originality.
Customers should retain their certificate and relevant purchase documentation for their records.
Certificates of Authenticity do not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
14. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All original artworks, photographs, written content, website materials and other creative content displayed on our website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, copyright in artworks created by Paresh Nrshinga remains with the artist or the relevant rights holder.

18. Art Advisory and Commercial Projects
Art Nrshinga may provide additional services relating to artwork selection, art consultancy, commissions, installations and projects for residential or commercial clients.
These services may involve separate quotations, project proposals or written agreements.
Where a separate agreement has been entered into, its specific terms will apply to the relevant project to the extent permitted by law.
Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We remain responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you purchase artwork as a consumer, these terms do not restrict your statutory rights.
If you purchase artwork wholly for business purposes, different rights and remedies may apply, and additional terms may be agreed in writing.
