Large paintings with presence

A large original changes how a room is read. It sets the mood before anything else, and it rewards a second and third look as daylight moves across the surface. Paresh works at this scale because it gives colour and gesture room to breathe.

Every painting here covers at least one square metre of canvas, with no side reaching 59 in. For the largest walls, see our extra large paintings. Unsure of size? Read our guide to choosing a painting for a large wall.

Choosing a large painting for your wall

Start with the space around the painting. Measure the available wall and the furniture beneath it, then compare the height and width of individual works. A square canvas holds its own above a console; a portrait format draws the eye upwards. Leave room around the edges so that the colour and movement can be seen as a whole.

For a room with natural wood, linen or stone, compare the warm taupe and gold of Mocha Symphony with the green and blue of Forest Glow. These offer two different ways to bring colour into a quieter interior.

For a wider wall, explore extra large paintings, including the blue, plum and soft pink of Where Colours Wander. For a particular size or brief, discuss a bespoke commission.

Questions collectors ask

Where does a large painting work best?
Above a sofa or sideboard, in a dining room or open plan space, or in a reception. One large painting usually has more impact than several small ones.

Can I see a painting in person?
Yes. Private visits to Paresh’s London studio are available by appointment.

How is a large painting delivered?
Each work is packed with care for its journey. UK delivery is complimentary, and international delivery is quoted by size and destination.
