Precious Moments II is an original abstract painting by London-based artist Paresh Nrshinga. The work has a quieter, more contemplative presence. A palette of grey and taupe is held in balance through softened transitions and measured movement, creating space for the eye to rest before being drawn back into the composition.
Expressive gestures are balanced by quieter areas, creating a composition that feels instinctive yet resolved. From a distance the work reads as a strong whole; at closer range, smaller shifts in grey and taupe, layering and mark-making begin to reveal themselves.
At 100 × 130 cm, Precious Moments II has enough presence to hold a contemporary living space, entrance hall, office, hotel or other architectural interior without overwhelming it. Its vertical format draws the eye upward and gives the work a strong sense of presence. It is a work designed to be lived with, revealing different relationships between colour, movement and space over time.
