Chasing The Sunshine | Original Painting
Lime and golden yellow pour in from the upper right, meeting deep emerald, teal and navy as they sweep across the canvas. Silver grey and white strokes tumble through the centre, with fine black lines flicking across them like branches in the wind.
Paresh let the brush chase the light here, moving from dark to bright as the painting unfolded. Each layer was added on instinct, until the yellow finally broke through like sun after a storm.
It is a painting about optimism and the moments worth waiting for. On a dull day it reminds you that brighter ones are coming, and it brings a lift to any room.
At 44.1 × 55.1 in, this original acrylic painting on Belgian primed canvas by London-based artist Paresh Nrshinga FRSA suits a stairwell, hallway or living room. It is supplied unframed and ready to hang, signed with a certificate of authenticity.
